» My License Key isn't working.
Ensure you are installing the script on the same Root Domain you first activated it on. Licenses are locked to the first domain detected. If you moved domains, email us to reset your key.
» The popup isn't showing on mobile.
On mobile, the protocol relies on the "Back Button" history state. The user must interact with the page (scroll/tap) before the browser allows the history push. This is a browser security standard.
» Can I change my Target URL?
Yes. Log in to the Command Center to update your target URL globally.
