01. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software, tools, and services provided by Witek Media Group ("Company," "We," or "Us"), including but not limited to the Click Jacker Protocol (CJ3) and associated dashboards. By purchasing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
02. License Grant & Restrictions
Upon purchase, Witek Media Group grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software. This license is strictly bound by the following restrictions:
- Single Domain Policy: Each License Key is valid for use on exactly ONE (1) Root Domain. Subdomains are permitted only if they share the same Root.
- No Resale: You may not rent, lease, resell, or distribute the License Key to any third party.
- No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the remote loader or obfuscation engine.
03. Termination & Access Revocation (The "Kill Switch")
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your license without notice and without refund if we detect any of the following:
- Key Sharing: Detection of your License Key on multiple unauthorized domains or public forums.
- Payment Disputes: Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute via PayPal, Stripe, or your bank.
- Abuse: Using the software for illegal activities, phishing, or spreading malware.
In the event of termination, the remote software will cease functioning immediately. We reserve the right to redirect traffic from unauthorized installations to a warning page.
04. Earnings Disclaimer
This software is a tool for traffic optimization. We make no guarantees regarding income, revenue, or specific conversion rates. Your results depend on your traffic sources, offer quality, and market conditions. All business entails risk. You assume full responsibility for your actions and financial results.
05. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Witek Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use our software. The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
06. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Phoenix, Arizona.
