01. General Policy: Digital Goods

Due to the nature of our products (Software-as-a-Service, Digital License Keys, and Downloadable Scripts), all sales are considered final immediately upon delivery of the License Key.

Unlike physical goods, digital software cannot be "returned." Once you have the key, you have the product forever. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "incompatibility with your business model."

02. The "Technical Failure" Exception

We stand behind our code. If the software fails to function on your server due to a technical error in our code, we will issue a full refund under the following conditions:

  • » You must contact Support within 7 days of purchase.
  • » You must allow our team 48 hours to attempt to troubleshoot or fix the issue.
  • » If we cannot make the software work on your domain, we will issue a 100% refund immediately.

03. Chargeback Policy (Zero Tolerance)

WARNING: Any customer who initiates a dispute or chargeback with their bank or PayPal without first contacting our support team will have their License Key permanently revoked.

A chargeback is considered a breach of contract. Upon receiving a dispute, we will submit this policy, your access logs, and your usage history to the payment processor to contest the claim. Your IP address and domain will be blacklisted from all future Witek Media Group products.
